Hi Eastcoastpaleo,Cool Post, My medical dooctr encouraged me to experiment with the Paleo weight loss program just to leap start off my procedure. I’ve been reviewing some recipes and worry that there are important foods that my kiddos are certainly not receiving. (The recipes seem to be notably mild on grain, dairy and fruit) I just want to make sure that I really don’t deprive them of crucial vitamins and minerals.Cheers
