Joy is finding a beautiful something and using it for something it was not meant for. Like this gorgeous pendant that I found in the heap of ethnic buttons. The moment I saw it I knew its potential as a pendant rather than just another kurta button.
So if you have a pretty button, earring, pendant that you want to string into a wire . Here is how you can do a quick DIY.
What do you need?
1. Fine Metal Wire
2. Necklace Ends
3. Clipper Plier
I picked these items from a local fancy store in Jayanagar, Bangalore. I am sure you will find it in jewelry supplies store.
4. Pendant
Just cut the wire of the desired length and put the pendant in the wire. Add the ends to the necklace and tighten it using the plier so that it does not come out. And guess what! Your necklace is ready.
Here is a fun video I made to show this simple process with the help of my friend Govind 🙂 Its the first video on Style Inked and I hope to come up with more videos soon.
